T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and all other carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and participate in this SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that a person under the age of 18 has opted in to our messaging program, we will promptly remove their information and opt them out.
